Welcome to vanderpets.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch.
VANDERPETS reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues or stock discrepancies.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
Vanderpets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3. Refunds & Returns
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Program Support via Product Sales
A percentage of profits from product sales contributes to the VANDERPETS K9 Elite Team program.
Purchasing our shampoo and other dog care products directly supports training, rehoming, and protection services for Belgian Malinois.
We do not charge surrender fees — funding is sustained by our ethical commerce model.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and training materials remain the property of VANDERPETS.

VANDERPETS is not liable for misuse of products or inappropriate handling of dogs outside of our training guidance.
Services provided for rehoming and training are offered in good faith, with no guarantees on outcome unless under contractual agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with UK consumer protection standards.
